Miss Leading Sales – I went to this place today for an estimate to fix my fuel line he gave me an estimate of 48.51 when he called to confirm what parts and labor would be he told me 504.00 that's a big difference from 48.51. We decided not to have him do the work due to his misrepresentation. He charged me 48.51 just to look at my car. This place is a ripoff. I went in for a free estimate not to be charged for him to tell me what was wrong with my car.

We told Brandon when he brought the vehicle in that we would need to inspect the vehicle to determine what needs to be repaired and then write a proper estimate. He was informed that the charge for this is $48.31 and if he had us fix the vehicle we would not charge the initial $48.31. We do this to cover the cost of the technician who must do some disassembly to locate the problem and for the service advisor to take the time to locate parts and write an accurate estimate.
wow – The owner Doug is true to his name. One of his staff tried to rip me off and did an incompetent job diagnosing my car. Doug looked back over the papers realized what happened and called me. Then he gave me my money back for the diagnoses. Very surprised by the Honesty and Integrity, and the incompetent staff no longer has a job there.
