DR Rob! I had a complex issue with a Toyota truck. I took it to two different Toyota dealerships neither one of them could figure it out. And they both gave up. I was referred to the Car Doctor shop and good thing I followed up on it. Outstanding experience!! VERY detailed explanations of services being necessary! I appreciated Dr. Rob making the time to communicate about details versus "just doing" the job. Brought my 99 Suburban in for failing DEQ. Had new cats installed at another shop first which had helped buy still failed DEQ. Was pointed to The Car Dr Shop and told the handled diagnostic issues all the time. Wasn't disappointed and they had me in and gave me recommendations quickly. Told them to do it and truck came back passing DEQ after a bit of work plus a few other fixes. Excellent work and service and already plan to return for additional work on my wife's van. Polite team and great to work with and speak to.
Dr.Rob is the best! He is knowledgeable, communicative, and made me immediately feel comfortable with him handling my car. He and his techs (I only met Valentino, not the second one) had my car done right when they said they would despite a pretty big setback (no fault of theirs, I have an old beater that I take terrible care of).
