Rob is AMAZING!!!! :) He’s incredibly attentive and you can tell he truly cares about the work he does. He saved me! I have a 96’ 4Runner and he really took the time to make sure my car was the best it could be. He walked me through everything along the way, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free! It’s rare to find someone who takes that level of pride in their work. He is such a great person all around. I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Highly recommend!
Brought car in due to having check engine light that wouldn't go out. Tried dealership but car was over 10 years old and service department never got back a hold of me. Was told of this shop from quick oil change place so gave it a try. Once appointment was set and brought car in. Wow! I was so lucky to find Dr. Rob at The Car Doctor Shop. He saved me! I drive an old 94 Bronco that is truly part of the family. My kids have grown up loving it: driving, camping, and having adventures all over the northwest in this beloved family member.
