I recently brought my 2012 corolla to Dr. Rob for my check engine light and was very pleased with the communication and efficiency. I ended up having to bringing the car back a day after picking it due to a defective part but Dr. Rob was on it. If you need affordable detail oriented work on any of your vehicles this is the place to go!
This place takes a lot of time and pictures and make sure they get things done right communication is amazing. I’ll probably never go anywhere else because their service is just impeccable. Things I thought were wrong with my vehicle found out they weren’t. and the trust and the friendship makes me very confident, I found the right place to take care of myself and my vehicles.
Wife's 2012 Honda Yaris wasn't wanting to get up and go like it use to. Super impressed with the communication, the transparency, the attention to details. They even sent a detailed report showing the diagnostic machine and all the areas they inspected. My dad and I thought maybe the transmission and Dr Rob could have sold us that it was infact the transmission yet he came back with some suggestions based one his experience and now the car gets up and goes and purrs like shes new again.
