Decided to take my Ford Ranger to The Car Doctor after several years using the franchised national chain repairers. Danny and the crew at Car Doctor were totally professional with clear communication and no gimmicks or upselling bulldust. My car is running better than it has for a long time. I will certainly be sending it back to The Car Doctor for its next service.
Hi to everyone reading this review. had a coolant leak . lucky for me it was not the head gasket, just a leaking water pump. The mechanic had to change the timing belt and some other belt. My invoice specified the cost of the components used for the repair. i looked up average price for the components used in the repair and to my delight the costs reported in the invoice where spot on average prices. Therefore zero inflated prices on replacement parts. Obviously, a company of high integrity.
Danny runs an amazing business. So much care is taken with each customer and car. They always call ahead of time to ensure you know exactly what will be happening with your car and how much it'll cost. Brad on reception is also amazing. 5 stars, will always return to the Car Doctor .
We have just booked our vehicle back in with Danny & the team. We used the car doctor for all our mechanical needs for our previous vehicle and Danny was always upfront and honest with whatever issues needing doing. I look forward to our continued business with Danny & the team with their expanded business
