From the get go the customer service has been outstanding. I did have to bring my car back in a couple times because the check engine light kept coming back on but they went above and beyond- sending guys to our home to get our car and then dropping it back off, brought it to Toyota to troubleshoot further and paid for their services. Brought my 2023 Porsche to here for brakes, oil change, and some other repairs. The moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly and polite, Ryon and Johnny was being very helpful and professional. waiting area is super clean, they have snacks, coffee and water. The Car Doctor team is great -- they've always been more than accommodating to squeeze me in before the end of the day, and when I went for a minor repair to a dragging splash guard, they fixed it for free and threw in a quick inspection while it was was up on the lift. Planning to come here for all of our inspections going forward.
