I brought a car from these guys that was advertised with full service history and log book, however after I had left with the car realised there was no service book. when Chris got back to me he claimed they couldn’t find it and I will have to purchase a new one myself. When I said I did not think this was right and I wasn’t happy he said “hence why we gave you extra warranty at no charge”. Excellent service from Chris and the crew at The Car Connection. We were from away 7 hour drive and nothing was too much from videos to meeting at a convenient location in Melbourne to surprise me with my Birthday present. Excellent convertible as described and l love it thanks guys 🧡
I recently went looking for a new car I went to to car mega mart to have a look looked at one car yard then walked on the hubby started talking with Trent and we had a look in there Trent went above and beyond to help best customer service he showed us a number of cars told us about the cars he also organised a company for finance and helped it every way possible for me to get my new car . Treat thank you so much will definitely be recommending car connection’s to friends family that are after a car best service ever
An open and honest update of review written 11 months ago, as I wrote a review with regard to "The Car Connection" and its then what I stated as being a 1 Star Website due to various reasons that were outlined in detail and for which I received a response from the Owners of The Car Connection asking me to take it down for reasons that sadly did not make sense as they did not Ownership of problems.
