Amazing service and super friendly staff. Ben from the car company helped me find a perfect vehicle for my needs at a very reasonable price.
Have driven most of the BYD range now and the vehicles are amazing to drive. The Shark 6 and Sealion 7 are special vehicles. The Shark feels like a sports car even though it's a heavy duty ute and to think it can be ran as an EV is awesome.
Bought a BYD Dolphin Standard from BYD Nelson in October - fitted with roof racks & a tow bar / bike rack. Great pre- & post-sales service with Ben & Phil. It’s a dream to drive, absolutely love it - no regrets.
The service centre will not complete a repair as they refuse to replace panels, even though they were listed as a panelbeater in their Google profile. The panelbeater they use says only the official service centre has the required scanner to actually do the work. Don't count on service without parts either; I have waited more than a month for steering parts(repair was good after finally getting parts and I don't blame the service people for shipping delays), now 5 months so far waiting for a panel.
