Ken went above and beyond to diagnose and fix an intermittent problem with the car we'd bought. Throughout the process Ken was supportive, professional and polite. I'd recommend to anyone they buy a car from Ken and I'll be back in the future when it's time to upgrade.
EDIT: I wanted to add further details. Regardless of your reponse, I won financial compensation at court, for issues you should have resolved without the need to go to court. I'm not sure any other company out there would stand behind their ability to communicate and their reputation whilst also having had a judgement brought against them by a customer. Interesting take! Unfortuantely I am unable to recommend The Surrey Car Company Ltd, trading at The Car Company Bristol & Bath. I purchased a used car from them in September 2024 and unfortunately experienced a number of issues shortly after the sale, including problems with the clutch, steering wheel alignment, and the service history not matching the advert. Ultimately, several more issues kept happening with the car, and I had to part ex it. I sold it for £2,000, having paid £5,000 less than a year ago. This was a substantial loss for me. ... read more
