I’ve been coming to Carlos since I moved here in Dec 2023. Carlos is thee most reliable and trusted mechanic I’ve ever used. Also, very competitive pricing, waaaay less than the Hyundai service center that were charging 3X for the same services. Literally, 3 times the cost.
I went to Joe at The Car Clinic Automotive in Bridgewater as a voluntary client of Life Safe, but he did not know that. Joe believed I was ordered, as he treated me as a second-rate citizen; Joe took advantage of his position and acted as an authority of the law. He tried to detain me and held my vehicle unjustly. He takes advantage like a predator of unsuspecting clients who are sent to him under challenging circumstances and should have interlock devices installed by Life Safe.
