We limped our 2018 ford focus to this shop that at least on their site said they were proficient in transmission work. We dropped off the car and were hopeful when we called soon after drop-off saying that they found a new transmission we would get the car back soon. That's when the problems started. It took a few days for them to get a tech to reprogram the car with the new transmission. Then the tech said he needed an instrument that for some reason he didn't bring with him and had to order it. Scammed out of 4k and a car the owner of the shop cut his line and avoiding my calls and his son in law derek keema helped him do it and his wife gaby. Called the shop and theyre covering him saying “former owner” even though i saw him go around like he owned the place.
Dropped my car off on a Sunday morning with no appointment. It started overheating the night before. They had it diagnosed within a couple hours and back to me a couple hours after that. Ended up getting my cooling fan and a headlight fixed for cheaper than I was quoted at 2 other shops for just the fan. Great customer service and communication and amazing pricing for the area. This is the only place I will take my vehicle while living out here.
