They are clueless , 4 hours later they told me to take it to another shop .
I had a great experience with The Car Clinic. They replaced the water pump on my Dodge Ram and also took care of the front brake pads. The team was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The truck is running perfectly now, and the price was fair for the work that was done. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but these guys did a great job. I definitely recommend them if you need reliable auto repair.
Shady business with shady tactics. Performed a “pre purchase inspection” they took 10 minutes lifted the car up and proceeded to lie about the issues and offered to buy the car for cheap. Horrible.
This shop is trash First and foremost, I strongly advise against visiting this repair shop. I had taken my truck in for an AC repair. I informed them that I had already filled the refrigerant, and I mentioned that there was a leak.The next day, they called me to inform me that the truck was ready. We limped our 2018 ford focus to this shop that at least on their site said they were proficient in transmission work. We dropped off the car and were hopeful when we called soon after drop-off saying that they found a new transmission we would get the car back soon. That's when the problems started. It took a few days for them to get a tech to reprogram the car with the new transmission. Then the tech said he needed an instrument that for some reason he didn't bring with him and had to order it.
