The AC in my car randomly went out about a week a half ago and I took it to the Car Care Center and they assessed the problem was the blower motor and fixed it flawlessly! The service was quick and efficient and the team was a pleasure to work with. There was a pricing discrepancy and Steven worked with me to get this resolved so that I paid the price I was quoted. I will definitely be back to get other repairs on my cars in the future! Great customer service and quality work!
I had a packed schedule that day when my car wouldn’t start. I was stranded. I called The Car Care Center and explained that among other things, I was missing my hair appointment. As a golden girl, my roots must be colored regularly and salon appointments are hard to get. The young man on the phone was sympathetic. Service was great. I had left my Ford at a Ford dealership to be repaired. After more than 2 weeks, I picked it up without having been fixed. Car Care fixed it in less than three days. It comes with a 36,000 mile warranty.
This is the only place I will take my vehicles. Paul and his whole crew are professional, kind, and good at what they do. They have helped us deal with a dealership for a repair and with several other small issues. Great people, great shop.
I had a great experience here. I received their flyer in the mail with perfect timing as my air went out in my car in the dead of summer. Very friendly and professional. Reasonably priced as well, I have I’ve cold air again!! Will return in the future if I need them again.
