I do not know of another car company that would have given us better service. John and Frank went out of their way to be helpful. Even as far as John taking the car home so I could pick it up on way back from airport! He has checked in that everything is going well and even sorted out a change of Bluetooth system at a fabulous price. Can not rate them high enough. Only wish I was anticipating having to purchase another car in the next ten years because they would be my go to car dealership.
I already bought two cars from him and everything are going really well. Best car dealer I ever know in Christchurch.
Frank was great to deal with. We initiated a purchase whilst overseas. The fast, straightforward communication and industry knowledge he offers is second to none. Frank was honest, polite and a great bloke. He's not only an owner/salesman as when we arrived to complete the deal he had his overalls on! Frank was very flexible accommodating our situation and helped us get the perfect car. We would highly recommend The Car Bazaar.
financed a car through these guys for the first time about 4 months back. They were so helpful, and even helped setting me up with their finance guy that they go through for a good deal. A couple days ago one of my speakers blew and i took it back to them to ask if I was still in the time frame for them to help me fix it etc, they said even though it’s been over 3 months they will still help me.
