Nice staff, small business.
Well, I had my first dashcam installed at Custom Sounds, and it went ok. However, no one is ever pleasant. Kinda like you're getting on their nerves just from being there. So I Googled top audio places STL and Car Audio popped up. I called Gary at the Maryland Heights location, and he got me scheduled in. The installation went well. Gary ran out with me to my vehicle and showed me his work and some features on the dashcam, how to remove it, power it on, etc. None of which happened at Custom Sounds. I had a great experience at The Car Audio Shop (North). They did an excellent job installing the auto starter for my car. The technician did a great job explaining how the new key fob works with my car, which I really appreciated. The staff was professional and efficient. I also liked that they had a clean and comfortable area where I could get some work done while I waited made the whole process smooth and convenient. Highly recommend!
