Staying here was great due to it's close proximity to the CBD and attractions e.g. Queen Victoria Building, Strand Arcade. The nearest tram station, Chinatown is only a 3 min walk away and the area has plenty of Asian food options. The Queen room was clean, spacious and included great amenities if you need to work such as a desk and proper chairs. Homey feeling, great room service options and friendly staff
Overall great location, good customer service and modern hotel. The only thing we were unhappy about was the size of our room. It felt very very tight, not enough space to open our suitcases. Not a suitable hotel for claustrophobia people.
