we loved our stay here two weeks ago! the room was spacious (we had three big luggages and could open all at the same time) the beds were soft and comfortable. bathroom was clean and the shampoo/body wash smelled really nice. location is excellent!!! the light rail (chinatown station) is a few steps away from the hotel’s entrance. it’s very near haymarket and less than 10 min walk to central station/surry hills/darling harbour. the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. very fast and smooth check in and check out! ... read more
首先服務非常好，工作人員相當友善樂於助人，從出發前確認預訂，到現場入住時，工作人員幫忙指導如何使用機台辦理入住手續、多張房卡等狀況，都能感受其服務熱忱。 住房期間，夥伴有特別的狀況需要工作人員幫忙處理額外的老行李箱跟箱子裡面陳舊的往日回憶，也是人心幫忙，真的很感謝他。 如果老闆您有看到，希望您多多犒賞員工們吧！ 這裡的地點完美。 唯一可能會挑剔的我覺得只有輕軌聲音，但晚上不會聽見，所以不算什麼大問題。 推薦給大家🎉
Sorry, no photos of the rooms. Our family regularly stays here when we're in Sydney. Unbeatable location right next to Chinatown, light rail, George St, Haymarket, Central station and a manageable but decent walk to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Very friendly service. One elevator only, but is usually pretty quick. Really friendly service on level 2 reception, where the cafe restaurant is. No pool, but not needed. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it for all of the advantages.
