Nice area. Can walk to the old Marathon Motors building which is now shops and distilleries. Cool place to visit and hang out. House was well kept...looks like it was a recent renovation. All the goodies needed for a weeks stay.

Absolutely beautiful. Perfect space for our family of 5 visiting Nashville. Everything we need is available for us to cook, launder clothes and enjoy a nice space outside. Very responsive host as well.

Davina is an excellent host and very knowledgeable about the area. The house was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay in The Capital District House again when I’m in the Nashville area.

We had a wonderful stay! Our group included a wide range of ages—from a toddler to family elders—and this home was perfect for everyone. The layout was spacious enough that we never felt crowded, and the amenities catered to every generation. It’s rare to find a place that is both kid-friendly and comfortable for seniors, but this property hit the mark. Clean, well-equipped, and highly recommended for any family getaway!"
