Little bit clunky try to check in & park as garage is before the front door, had to do a lap of the block to get back to garage Other than that, could not fault. Room perfect, bed soooo comfy, quiet

Stayed here recently and found the hotel to be tidy and well maintained, although it is starting to show its age and feels a little dated in places. The staff were helpful enough during our stay and were happy to assist when needed. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It's conveniently close to the Cultural Precinct Bus Terminal and within easy walking distance of South Bank, with its great selection of restaurants, cafes, and attractions. I recently stayed at Capitol Apartments and unfortunately was quite disappointed with the experience. The shower barely produced more than a dribble and never got properly hot, which made it difficult to enjoy at all. The toilet was dirty upon arrival, and there was hair left in the sink, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the apartment. While the location was convenient, the cleanliness and maintenance standards did not meet expectations. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
All good except for the $150 security deposit
