The rooms were spacious and clean. Great location to South Bank and restaurants. Highly recommend. John at reception is very knowledgeable, great customer service and an asset to the company. John goes above and beyond. Thanks John
Putting the damp mould smell of the room to one side, if you want a decent nights rest, avoid this place at all costs. Located next to a main road where trucks use air brakes all night and about 50 metres from a Train Line! The shower and amenities are rusty, and the shower head was broken to the point where it couldn’t even hold itself upright. We were a party of five and really appreciated the location. We went to Suncorp Stadium one night and QLD Theatre Coy the next and during the day enjoyed walking to Southbank to eat at various cafes and restaurants. The lighting in the unit was very poor. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work and the main lights in the rooms had such low wattage that they made no difference on or off. The ensuite wall is clear glass.
