We have been going to Capital Grill in Rosemont for several years to celebrate my hubby's Birthday. We had the honor of going to the Skokie location this past Monday! Is there a word greater than excellent! The sea food tower was exceptional! Hubby had the wagu steak which was cooked to perfection. Our server, Dinell was beyond perfect. The bartender was not professional! The worst! And not appropriate and I did not feel Comfortable! He made feel otherwise. I am brown in color .. he felt very comfortable!!! I am Indian and he felt it was ok to be casual with me. He did not read me correctly!! The training is bad

We went to The Capital Grille to celebrate my son's birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff made us feel truly welcomed and even went out of their way to make the evening special for him. The food was excellent—everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere was elegant but still warm and comfortable. It was the perfect place for a special occasion, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable night out. We'll definitely be back!
On Saturday, June 14, my family and I celebrated my 70th birthday at Capital Grille. I was so disappointed. I've been here before, loved the lunches, had dinner here twice. Never was disappointed, that's why I picked it. I'll start with my first son's entree. Steak ordered, medium rare. It was overcooked. My other son, ordered a steak, rare.
