Absolutely the best experience from the food, to the atmosphere and the service is the best in Columbus. The manager Grant Braeuer, at the Columbus location, went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and far exceeded our expectations. Our server TJ Echard was equally professional and provided outstanding service. Highly suggest this location.
I had an incredible experience with Capital Grille in Columbus, Ohio. I ordered a birthday dinner for my son at The Ohio State, but the Uber delivery failed and the order was returned. When I called, Grant answered and completely turned the situation around. He personally drove the meal to my son’s dorm and made sure his birthday was still special—even though we’re all the way in California. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond meant everything to us. Truly unforgettable service. Thank you, Grant!
Our visit was the best experience we could have had, on March 30th my wife and I were celebrating our one year anniversary, and couldn’t have picked a better place, we were treated like royalty, and the food was extremely delicious from the appetizers right down to the desert, we want to thank the staff for a truly amazing day .
