Went to The Capital Grille on April 5th, Saturday evening. This was by far the best dining experience I've ever had! From when you walk in the door until out the door it was just an amazing experience. Liam, the host, his warmth and kindness makes you instantly relaxed and comfortable. I had an incredible experience at The Capital Grille, and a huge part of that was thanks to Allena. She is hands down the best manager I’ve come across. From the moment we walked in, her energy set the tone—professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The service was flawless, but what really stood out was her personality. I and my 17 yr old granddaughter went for the first time to the Dedham location . The staff was ok but the steak was tough well mines was we had the filet mignon and ordered it med well I have eaten filet mignon before and it was never tough . Maybe I got a bad piece ok fine .
