Love the variety of classes The class selection is more uniques then anywhere else I've been. I special love how the instructors are so encouraging and helpful with any question I have!
needs remodel There are nice things about this club, but it needs a remodel. clean in that area. The cost is high enough that it seems it should be cleaner and fresher.
Upper class service in a relaxed and personal environment In my opinion.Capital Athletic Club is one of the best gyms around, The other gyms are a bit too corporate for my tastes, which is why CAC is a top pick. The gym is a lot less crowded and the other members are way more respectful of my personal space, which is a huge bonus. The workers know me by name, and the classes they feature have helpful staff for training. The professionalism they provide makes you feel like a million dollars
Capital Athletic Club I love going to the Capital Athletic Club. Jodie who is one of the instructors in the cardio salsa class I go to is just terrific. She is so energetic and makes the class a lot of fun to be part of. I also go to their step aerobics class and that is also a lot of fun.
