Great event space! So much to see and do. Also the sunsets over the lake which is what really pops out here. Clean and attractive setting.
We recently captured photo and video for Melissa and Raisul’s wedding at The Capen House in Winter Park, Florida, and it was such a wonderful experience. The venue is stunning, with historic charm, beautiful lakefront views, and plenty of perfect spots for photos and video. The staff were organized, kind, and made the whole day feel seamless for everyone involved. We’d be happy to return to The Capen House and highly recommend it to couples looking for an elegant and beautifully run wedding venue.
Truly a DREAM wedding venue!! The location is perfect and if you’re thinking about having an outdoor wedding, this is the venue for you! I’d just stay away from hurricane season or else you probably would need a tent. I would say this is a venue for a smaller wedding just incase you need to plan to have some events like the reception inside. Overall, the caper house and Maya the coordinator were the best and made my wedding day the best day of my life :)
Literally the best experience of our lives! The Capen House is an amazing venue! Make sure to ask for Maya for your coordinator! We were able to turn our brains off and let her guide us on our wedding day! We may have to get married again just to relive the moment!
Capen house and specifically Maya were absolutely wonderful. Planning a wedding is not for the faint of heart.Though they so effortlessly helped me create one of my favorite memories and I am forever indebted to them. They made all my ideas come together even more perfectly than I had imagined them. Maya made my day so special because I didn’t have to worry about anything.
