Visiting The Cape at Cape Paterson was truly inspiring. It isn’t just an estate, it’s a thoughtfully designed, sustainable community where every detail reflects care for the environment and the people who live there. From the beautiful, eco-friendly house designs to the flourishing community gardens, it’s clear how much passion and intention has gone into creating this space. A large number of the "sustainable homes" are AirB&Bs and holiday homes wasting resources to build homes that are partially lived-in. In a housing crisis! Expensive - any savings through sustainable design are lost in high, unsustainable body corporate fees. See Withcliffe in WA for a true eco-village.
The Cape - Sustainable Living Cape Paterson has a 4.7 star rating with 56 reviews.
