Dennis and I appreciated your guidance and expertise throughout this process. The entire Cape House team were complete professionals but very human, easy to get along with for open houses and other services. Katie and Jeff were always available for questions and suggestions. They were famtastic when we needed to leave for Xmas and a planned cruise and put our house totally in their hands.

Katie was incredibly informative through the listing process, and went above and beyond with all aspects of the sale. Being out of state, it was incredible to have her there to help us through the entire process, including some repairs that we needed to make to get the house ready to sell.
