If I could give 10 stars I would. I got the best sew in I’ve ever had in my life!!!! Bernetta is very professional and knowledgeable about her craft! The shampoo bowl experience was amazing. The foundation for my sew in was top tier. The quality of her bundles are unmatched the best in Cleveland. Definitely will be booking again I haven’t stopped smiling since I got out her chair!!!!
Such an amazing head spa experience! The hydro massager felt incredible, it really melted away tension. I loved the warm oils, the aromatherapy, and how relaxing the whole treatment was. Burnetta has such a soothing way about her, and you can tell she’s really skilled at what she does. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and honestly a little obsessed with how clean my scalp felt!
I was saved by this wonderful angel. My original hairstylist bailed on me a week prior to my wedding, and Burnetta saved the day. Not only did she make me feel special by being personable and attending to me with this being a wedding day here , but she was very much so open and understood the assignment. She said she couldn't do the exact hairdo, but she could do her rendition, and I was so open for her being creative. Not only that, she came to my home in Akron. Had my hair done by Barnetta, the owner. She sped through my wash and shampoo, and i was given a dirty rag to put around my neck as a towel. Wasn't thorough AT ALL. Having my hair washed is best part of my appointment and to be paying $135 for a 5 minute wash is disappointing. was late about 10 minutes which I told her ahead of time and I had to wait about an hour to actually even get in the chair.
