I was saved by this wonderful angel. My original hairstylist bailed on me a week prior to my wedding, and Burnetta saved the day. Not only did she make me feel special by being personable and attending to me with this being a wedding day here , but she was very much so open and understood the assignment. Had my hair done by Barnetta, the owner. She sped through my wash and shampoo, and i was given a dirty rag to put around my neck as a towel. Wasn't thorough AT ALL. Having my hair washed is best part of my appointment and to be paying $135 for a 5 minute wash is disappointing. was late about 10 minutes which I told her ahead of time and I had to wait about an hour to actually even get in the chair. I had an appointment on April 20th for 20-22 inch Faux locs. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and energy but VERY disappointment at my stylist. I specifically booked Faux locs, and reached out to Ashley (the stylist) for confirmation of what hair to bring as this was my first time getting this style. After my appointment I was very confused, I asked her how long I would be able to leave the style in and she said a few weeks....
