POTENTIAL RESIDENTS BEWARE. I live in one of the facilities owned by this company. Based on my experience the other reviews (primary employees) I would not place any mom or dad in their facilities. I strongly recommend you talk with the administrator (record and document) and review this review and detailed information in the Care Agreement and Contract before you admit anyone to their facilities. I am currently working weekly at Canyons Retirement Community as the Regional Assisted Living Director. It is the most beautiful assisted living and memory care facility you will find in the Twin Falls area. When people walk in for the first time they are taken back by the beauty and home like, clean atmosphere. The staff really do care about the residents and their families. I love Canyons and their staff. The facility is warm and inviting. It has a very home-like feeling. I would definitely want my loved ones taken care of there!
