Five stars… This builder seems to be building some nice starter homes I’m impressed. Lot of smart home features Big lots plenty of room between houses We would have bought one of these… On the downside The HOA in this area charges over 600 dollars a year in dues there are no parks no trails no benches absolutely nothing Also they charge this 600 plus bucks At the first of the year It’s not broken down throughout the year This fee has gone up every year since we moved in here two years ago Beware of this before buying We were... read more
As a long time resident I've been tremendously frustrated by the total lack of care by the construction crews. I've been late to work at least three times due to them blocking entire steets for long periods of time. Not to mention their actual destruction of several streets. However, I get it's an active construction area and bound to happen. That aside, my rating is more so dictated by my perceived build quality of these homes. They go up at a ridiculous pace in batches and the most worrying thing in my opinion is seeing th... read more

I live in this neighborhood in one of the homes built by the previous builder and these houses go up fast. From breaking ground to complete is about 90 days. Reasonably priced starter homes, but you get what you pay for. The previous builder built a much nicer home. These homes have no natural gas as the builder had all of it taken out the the lots they are building and all are 2x4 construction. There is only the absolutely bare minimum required of plywood/particle board sheeting on the walls. Most of it is insulation board.... read more
