The Fairway Canyon community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a pleasant environment for residents. However, prospective buyers should be aware of some serious concerns. The HOA is highly inflexible, even in situations where they are clearly at fault. In my experience, they sent HOA bills to my previous address despite my having purchased a home within the community, resulting in me never receiving the bills.
