just a really pleasant experience, value for money. attentive, helpful staff on site & Airbnb hosts were accommodating to any request & prompt replies. def recommend to anyone who wants to experience melb. right in the heart of it. thanks again.
Checking in was a breeze, super friendly and helpful receptionist, room was perfect for my son and I. Location was excellent - southern cross station was nearby and exhibition building a short 6 minute away. Couldn't have been happier with my experience in Melbourne.
Good value and fantastic location. Very loud with the trains running nearby and it was a struggle to get a good night sleep. Mold on the bathroom floor, dirty bathroom walls and dust everywhere. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
All is good about this apart-hotel, except one thing. Read on... The room we had was sparkling clean, all appliances functioned perfectly (including the TV and Wi-Fi), the kitchen was well appointed, the staff was very competent and helpful with various questions and requests. We had a fantastic stay! The service provided by all staff was excellent from start to finish. The location was incredibly convenient, and the room was very neat and tidy. Staff were always helpful and attentive when answering any questions or concerns I had. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!
