My wife and I had our 2nd stay to the Canvas hotel and it was just as good if not better than our first. We booked through Airbnb both times. The rooms were very clean, well presented and the service was really excellent. The hotel itself is in an ok location near southern cross, and represents good value. A particular standout was receptionist, Dinithi, who was very kind and professional and made our stay extra pleasant and stress free after a couple of very stressful days!

Location is great, rooms are nice and spacious. Couple of gripes about this place though. (1) located directly beside a carpark, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper you might be affected by car engines (2) 1 functional lift for 27 floors. It takes us up to 15 mins of waiting for the elevator to go up and down esp during peak usage. (3) gym is only accessibld from 8am to8pm

超級棒的住宿體驗！ 地點超好，我們坐機場巴士到南十字火車站，走路就可以到飯店；飯店外也有輕軌，可以到不同地方。住宿坐幾站就可以到費蓮達火車站～！ 每次我們出門，回來時都很讚嘆自己選了個好地點，回來都算方便！ 住宿的電梯，有兩部，出門時跟回去時通常都不會等很久！ 房間很大，可以攤開四個大行李箱！我們的房型廚房跟臥室分開，臥室關起門隔音不錯，晚上睡覺在烘衣服時就不會太吵！不過因為地點距離車站很近所以晚上都還是會聽到火車的聲音（不至於影響我們入睡）！ 廁所有洗衣機跟烘衣機，很方便，我們住了八天，每一天都可以把衣服洗乾淨烘乾，所以其實不需要帶過多套衣服！我覺得公寓式酒店適合長住的旅客！ 退房時，飯店也有提供寄放行李服務，會另外放到一個室內空間不用太擔心安危問題！這部分很好！ 我們回程機票大約晚上7點要出發去機場，所以也剛好銜接時間取回行李，走路去南十字車站搭機場巴士去墨爾本機場！ 櫃檯的服務時間只有早上八點-晚上八點，所以如果有寄放行李需求，建議斟酌一下時間！ 謝謝Canvas Apartment Hotel 的所有工作人員！辛苦了！
