Very helpful staff. Fabulous room on L23 with the most wonderful city view
When I arrived on the first day, I went up to my room on the 5th floor. The outside temperature was 35 degrees. I set the air conditioner to 16 degrees, but there was no cool air at all. I asked to change rooms, but they told me the hotel was fully booked. They said they would bring me a fan. The fan was very weak and not cool at all. They told me the air-conditioning technician had already finished work and that they would ask someone to fix it, but no one came in the end. Fabulous view from our room. Staff were fine. Rooms typical modern I guess cozy. Would not want to live in. More like a massive caravan then an apartment.
