Canton Cleaning used to be good. I was a loyal customer for about 2 years. But then, they started falling apart. A cancelation once in a while is just life, but it started to become a pattern. I really wanted to like the service but was very disappointed unfortunately. We schedule a move out cleaning for our rental. Throughout the experience, they were extremely awful at communication and professionalism. Would not recommend this business. We used them for a move out cleaning service and we scheduled for them to show right after our movers finished. But they didn’t show for an hour and failed to give us a heads up, and then we got a message saying they couldn’t make it for another couple hours. Ok, things come up that’s fine, but when the cleaners finally showed up they had two other people with them, one being a child.
