Fernando was a great and kind server! He was also very attentive. The breakfast buffet was great.
I was not welcomed at all from the moment I arrived at the breakfast buffet no one responded to my good morning with a smile or a question to see if I need anything. The lack of customer service was so shocking. When I sat at the table to have my breakfast no one came over to offer something to drink but kept rushing me to leave after aggressively asking for my voucher! That was so unacceptable and unwelcoming at all. I will make sure to let all my friends know about this experience so no one have to go through this again!. ... read more
