Nice complex, but disappointing management. The blonde lady in charge of management constantly yells at residents and their guests over the smallest bit of noise, even during friendly gatherings. Her behaviour is aggressive and completely unprofessional—every encounter feels more like a confrontation than a conversation. Something really seems off with the way she talks to people. It's a shame, because the place itself is lovely.
Lovely buildings. Nice looking development.
Nice and cozy place. Spent there almost 1 year and I’m glad that the Cannery was my first home in Australia. It is rare when managers are really care about properties. There also great neighborhood
Exceptional building management. Facilities are well-maintained, with spotless common areas, lush gardens, and most remarkably: insect-free bin rooms. The best communal space I have experienced.
