Update Changed to Healing Leaves always out of stock have to pay and pay again after a few days cause they have no stock time and time again . Don't waste your time . Locked in to only BioCann only push for most expensive products cause of no stock . Don't believe what they say there are better alternatives. Have been with these guys for about 7 months now. I had previously given a very positive review for the cannabis center, however after being with them for a year. Do not use this company if you are in Queensland. Their service is minimal with them answering the support phone about 5% of the time. Though the staff are nice enough when you do manage to get through, they send you to a nurse practitioner down in Victoria, which then has to prescribe a script that only can be filled in a special Victoria based pharmacy which takes anywhere from 2-4 days to process your order the... read more
It's really worth noting the Excellent service I received throughout. On the day of my consultation which was set up very quickly, my phone decided it wouldn't take incoming calls that day. The Team went above and beyond to contact me, and once my phone issues were fixed The Team went to great lengths to get me the next available appointment.
