Most unprofessional, uncaring and disorganized place ever. Important steps were missed, appointments canceled, lots of apologies and finger pointing. Shout out to the nurse navigator Emily, she was the worst. Did absolutely everything to make an already bad situation worse by adding unnecessary stress and anxiety on top of a cancer diagnosis. Finally moved my care to another hospital. I dont have time for these people to learn how to do their job.
My son is wrapping up his treatment today. The staff have been incredibly helpful and caring. Dr. Migdady has been very good, even contacting my son on a weekend to follow-up with him. Very thankful for the care provided.
This team of individuals is amazing. Everyone is very invested in each patient that comes to their center. I can't say enough good things about the front desk, lab and nursing staff. They are superb!
I had such a great experience here yesterday for my iron infusion. They were kind, compassionate and attentive
