My experience at UMass Harrington Cancer Center concerning doctor care was, to say the least, very uncomfortable. It was time to find another doctor, and I did. Had a good experience at this cancer center with my first diagnosis 10 years ago, however, I found out through the MyChart app that my cancer has returned. I have not heard from Dr. Gordon and have asked to see him. I was told he does not want to see me until further tests are done. I am appalled that someone can find out through an app that they have cancer and that the doctor will not take the time to talk to them.
