"Dr." Gordon gave my father a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer with the most cavalier attitude. There was no sense of urgency with this man. He didn't allow them to ask questions. He didn't allow my sister in with my elderly parents while he gave him what what essentially a death sentence. I understand that any cancer center deals with death but when a doctor no longer sees his patients as humans with people who love them, it's time to move on. I beg the Cancer center to, at the very least, retrain Jeff Gordon. Jeff does not d... read more

My brother is currently facing some very serious health challenges, and we thank God every single day for leading him to Dr. Qiang at Harrington Hospital’s Cancer Center. From the very beginning, Dr. Qiang has been a source of strength, hope, and expert care during an incredibly difficult time. What truly sets Dr. Qiang apart is the extraordinary time and attention he devotes to understanding every aspect of my brother’s condition. His thoroughness, combined with deep compassion, makes it clear that he doesn’t just treat dis... read more

By all accounts, Dr. Qiang saved the life of my buddy, Mike C. In Mike’s words, “Dr. Qiang is brilliant, driven and works tirelessly to help, heal, and in my case, save lives”. All of us who love Mike as our dear friend thank the Cancer Center, and thank God, for the amazing care, intellect, and experience that Dr. Qiang brings to Mike and to all of his patients!

My experience at UMass Harrington Cancer Center concerning doctor care was, to say the least, very uncomfortable. It was time to find another doctor, and I did. Thank you, Dr. Steingart, for making the transition to the D'mour Cancer Center in Springfield, Ma. The best decisions I could have made for my medical care. THANK YOU! Dr. Steingart, you're greatly appreciated, and the reviews you get speak for themselves 5 🌟

Had a good experience at this cancer center with my first diagnosis 10 years ago, however, I found out through the MyChart app that my cancer has returned. I have not heard from Dr. Gordon and have asked to see him. I was told he does not want to see me until further tests are done. I am appalled that someone can find out through an app that they have cancer and that the doctor will not take the time to talk to them. This is not the first bad experience I have had with him and, unfortunately, he is the only doctor available ... read more
