I very nervous to ring wellvue offices as mix my words up. When ask Question they happy to answer and help me out.
I have had the most aweful experience with Wellvue that has caused me anxiety and stress. I had hoped to seek help but have received the exact opposite. After being referred by my doctor I received a text message to call the clinic to book an appointment. I called the number which was answered by a voice message that advised that staff were currently on other calls and it would be answered shortly, I was given the option to leave a message or wait, I was then advised that I was #1 in the queue so decided to wait. Wellvue is such a fantastic service, especially for someone like myself who works full time and has a family and cannot travel for weekday appointments. I’m able to make my appointments on my lunch break and there is no need to take time off work. I have opted for email communication which is very convenient and allows me to maintain my privacy at work. Definitely recommend the Wellvue service!! Michelle
Dr Lloyd is amazing to say the least, the amount of compassion, professionalism and care he provides is truly remarkable! I felt heard and understood ! He took his time during my appointment and asked so many questions because he genuinely cares about his patients I even stayed on for longer than my 50 minute appointment at his expense and he wasn’t trying to rush me at all ! All in all I can’t recommend him enough! If this is something your looking into then please choice Dr Michael lloyd he is truly an incredible doctor!
