Very bad experience Not recommend.
Chaotic. If you can afford a private eye doctor, find one who is closer to home. On most visits I would be seen by a new doctor who was not familiar with my case, and who would change my medication without any obvious improvement. Doctors typically kept me waiting 2-3 hours late for "appointments." I often had to get a special pass for the free 3 hour car park.
Not happy, sent in a referral for my husband to have an eye check as he was diagnosed with swelling in both eyes near the Optic Nerve from Ozempic. Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital had requested a review by an Ophthalmologist in 3-4 weeks from leaving Perth. It is of great concern because people are going blind from NAION eye condition. I rang the clinic only to be told the referral was declined as the clinic did not offer this service???
No one responsible for treatment every time New learner treat. terrible experience with Dr wells.
