I went to this salon for a keratin treatment, and I was told it would last up to 6 months. Unfortunately, after only two washes, my hair became frizzy again and looked almost the same as before. When I brought this up, the stylist said, “This is just how keratin works” and claimed it only reduces frizz a little. This was not what I paid for, nor what was promised. The service did not deliver the expected results at all, and I cannot recommend it.

If you're gnc, make sure you book with a stylist that other gnc folks have had positive appointments with. Bishops is a good example of a salon that that has an appointment selection system that is lgbt+ friendly. One stylist was passive aggressive with me for getting a haircut that didn't fit my perceived gender. It was such a bad experience that I only go to lgbt+ friendly salons now. Exceeded my expectations. Was quick, in and out in under 30 minutes. Got my hair cut exactly the way I wanted. Price was extremely fair with student discount.
