I normally do not write reviews but when we talk about the brand name "Disney" we pay a premium for an experience. In this case there was nothing but disappointment. We checked in 04/25 for our sons birthday which everything went ok this day no issues. Saturday however we woke up and went to the kids pool at 12 (they open at 10). Right after we got there the staff tested the water and told everyone the pool had to be closed. They mentioned they needed to call their vendor to correct the issues. Sites are generally larger than expected. Site 418 is a nice spot. Construction in 500 loop so lots of mechanical noise during the day. Amenities, like pool, are nice. E bikes are banned, only reason I can see that is so they can rent more golf carts. Prices of everything are a bit ridiculous. $230 a night for an rv lot is crazy but it's disney so$10 canned beer and overpriced sites are to be expected. It's an ok spot but I'll be glad to get out of here.
Sites are very small, even the ones that are rated for large rigs. Barely room for our 44’ 5th wheel. Over priced. Probably won’t ever go back
