Lots of things didn't work that he said he repaired. Ken is kinda rude. Very bad communication and large sum add-ons to the bill that were not agreed upon previously. Never going there again.
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication for arrival time. I highly recommend!
He arrived when he said he would. With in an hour he had the plumbing fixed and all the other smaller projects done. The pricing I thought was more than fair. All in all I would give him a 5 out of 5.
