All my good memories of this place are gone. A truly awful experience. I had stayed at this charming, historic hotel before. Even though the facilities were dated, the beautifully kept grounds left me with fond memories—enough to convince me to book another stay last night. We checked in around 11 PM and were sent to our room. What we found was unbelievable: a tiny, isolated attic space that was sweltering hot. Frankly, one of the best stays I had in the United States. The building was not new but it adds its own charm and story to it. As soon as you come into the house, you can feel the attention to detail. Colors and age of items in the building match. Most of the doors and walls are wooden which adds coziness to the whole place. I cannot recommend this inn enough. My friend and I stayed for one night in Eugene and had one of the most restful nights of our trip. The inn is incredibly charming, peaceful, and has a warm, community-oriented bed and breakfast atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
