The hotel is close to train tracks, but the walls are thin. I was woken up extremely early (the day of an important race for me) by loud trains honking. It was awful. I had to call them on the phone because nobody was there to greet me at reception. I arrived exactly when I said I would, late in the evening and waited patiently. I had an issue with my reservation (not the hotel’s fault), and the team at Campbell House Inn went above and beyond to assist me. Brett, the manager, with was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating—it really left a positive impression. Even though I didn’t get the chance to stay, the hotel looked beautiful and welcoming, and the service alone makes me want to book here in the future. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and understanding!

Beautiful home and yard, the breakfast in the morning was amazing, staff were wonderful, price was extremely reasonable, overall a great experience!

Big win for us in Eugene. No place else I’ll stay when passing through. Walk to 100 restaurants. If I didn’t feel the drive to recognize excellent customer service, Id not post a review, but rather keep it our secret. Well done to the grounds keeper! Breakfast 5 stars, reception 6 stars - thanks Emily!
