Everything is perfect except the city allows the train to blow its horn when by residential areas which should be prohibited. Woke us up every night. That is the only thing that keeps us from giving 5 stars! The staff and grounds are wonderful.
Quaint, clean, happy.
We stay here every year. We always stay in historical houses on our trips. This lovely house is set back from major roads with beautiful grounds and gardens. We had our dog this time and the room was perfect with a separate entrance and patio for enjoying the fantastic breakfast. It's not far from the river, so a great place for a walk before getting back on the road. We will be back!
Such a gem! We booked a smaller room but its really lovely and clean. Giving us a nice complimentary red wine was also very nice of them. Avery, the receptionist was really helpful too!
