I signed up for a 21 day challenge seemed like a good deal $77 for a personalized meal plan and weekly check-ins including weigh ins. The first day I went in the lady at the front gave me a generalized meal plan and a guide for the challenge. I had to ask to be weighed. Classes were ok. Kinda felt lost with no direction on the workouts. They only show you one time. I really felt no support or that there was even a challenge in place as your pretty much on your own.
