Absolutely love this camp! The trainers are great they push you , they know you by name ! JONATHAN is my favorite , The owner Cindy is wonderful!
I’ve been at the camp for a little over 5 months and I love the environment ,music and EVERYONE is so friendly and it’s not a intimidating gym but, I had to take it up a notch with personal training. I just recently finished 2 months of personal training with Coach Roman. He is super knowledgeable and committed. I love The Camp Transformation Center because I have doing the challenges and I have not been losing weight but I have been getting slimmer. Which has never happened before and I love. And the trainers have been encouraging me to eat healthier and I love how the trainers push you.
The workouts are always different which is good for me. . They play a lot of Mexican music. Good for intermediate gym goers . Not a lot of light weights . You’ll definitely sweat with all the cardio. I would not recommend because people like to argue over your opinion .
