I enjoyed my time at the camp, they have amazing trainers and a great weight loss program, they will give you all the tools that you need, and the best part what you learn here will help you through out your life, I don't regret for one second my decision of joining the program, and I highly recommend it to everyone I know. I developed the habit of working out every morning, and how to eat healthier, they gave me a booklet where it showed me how much protein, carbs, and veggies i could eat.
