At the moment I go to 1:1 weight training sessions twice a week with Pip and his Saturday morning outdoor bootcamp, all at Ward Park, very close to where I live. If I can't make a session due to a work or life commitment he'll find another day and time for me without charge or stress. Pip keeps a wide variety of exercise equipment in a storage room in a nearby building and uses a trolley to bring the equipment to a playground in the park with soft rubber underfoot and shady trees above.
