The Cameron is a great complex, great location and friendly staff.
I had such a great experience living here! The staff was always incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive whenever I needed anything. The maintenance team was quick to address requests and always so friendly. The entire property is well-maintained and clean, and I absolutely loved my apartment. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels welcoming and well cared for.
Living here has been a very interesting experience. The first 2–3 months were alright, but after that, the true colors of this complex really started to show. Just on my way out to work recently, I walked past two homeless men inside the property area ,one shirtless with a bike and another carrying a backpack full of belongings. As a woman, this is completely unacceptable and honestly concerning. There are multiple doors around the complex that do not properly lock, which creates a serious safety issue for residents. Didn’t get my deposit back and charged extra because there was a few pieces of trash left behind that would take no longer than 10 minutes to pick up after being told they would do a deep clean FOR FREE. I had a pleasant experience there until this. I was charged a 175 extra on top of the deposit for a stove resurfacing whatever that even is.
