I went to look at the store. As soon as i got out of the car, an employee came out demanded for us to leave. I asked why? He said it was private property. They seem to not want customers to park at their store. I recommend going to another place.
First, I loved how they handled customer service, whether by phone or in person. Their service is amazing! Highly recommended..I just bought my first ever camera fujifilm xm5..thank you guys..kudos (special mention to Mr. Chris)
I'm writing from BC and have never been to Calgary let alone The Camera Store, yet I was given one of the best customer service I have ever experienced by Chris Donovan. He treated me like I was long time customer and perhaps a friend with his kind demeanor.
