Exceptional service from the begining when I phoned the store and talked to an Advisor to the second I met with Ron and he performed pure magic and fixed my camera within a short period of time. I phoned the store and spoke to a gentleman about how I need proprietary screws for a camera that I own. I've been quoted $800 elsewhere. Upon speaking to the Advisor, he suggested I contact Mai- the Manager for Repairs. I contacted Mai and expressed how urgent I need these screws. This place is what customer service should be in all businesses. They sell Canon and other brands, you can buy that anywhere including Amazon. You can't get the service that these kind folks (yes I am talking about you Dave!) provide. They go above and beyond to help customers with their challenges and don't just try to sell you the most expensive thing because they can. They try to help you get the right product for your needs. I wish I could give 6 stars.
