Highly recommend Kathy! 🙌 I had a Manual Lymphatic Drainage session with her. It was my first one and she made sure I felt comfortable and talked me through what to expect before, during, and after. Plus she does the real deal MLD, not internet hype or fluff.
Kathy is amazing with her full body massages. I’ve never fell asleep before in a massage, she had me so relaxed and my nervous system was so calmed that I get anxious for my next appointment now.
