Highly recommend Kathy at The Calming Effect. Her massages are just the right amount of pressure to release the daily stresses and make you feel relaxed and refreshed when you leave. Kathy is very professional and communicates to make sure she is addressing any problem areas. Room is very relaxing and sets the tone for an amazing experience.
“The calming effect” isn’t just a name, it’s legitimately the effect of Kathy’s soothing touch! I always look forward to these massages. They have been a tremendous help to heal muscle soreness from my long work hours. Kathy’s studio space is cozy & soothing as well!
Kathy is a kind soul who makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Very easy to relax and talk to. Her technique is very helpful with my sciatic and muscle pain. She can work those hard to get to areas for comfort and relief. A great person overall !
