With covered parking and an unlimited food plan the callaway house costs $14,488 for about 8 months. Move in was August 17th and move out is May 8th, but you must leave over Christmas holiday. I live on the 2nd floor and didn't realize this was frat castle until move-in week. The callaway is 85% fraternity and sorority students, with around 20% Blinn and 80% A&M. WHY WOULD SOMEONE WASTE THIS CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR A PLACE NEXT TO RAILROAD TRACKS. tHEY GET ABOUT $3200/MO FOR A 4BR UNIT. OH IT DOES COME WITH A MEAL TICKET,POOL AND GAMEROOM. THINGS YOU DONT NEED IF YOUR STUDYING. YOU CAN GET THE WHOLE 4BR 4 BA AT UNIVERSITY PLACE CONDOS FOR $1200-1300 A MONTH. THAT WOULD LEAVE YOU WITH AN EXTRA $2000 A MONTH THAT YOU COULD GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP AND BUY A LOT OF FOOD. AND YOU WOULDN'T HAVE THE HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPLE LOOKING OVER YOU CONSTANTLY.
