I lived in that complex from 2023 until February 2025, and I warn you: DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE! The apartments are nice and spacious, but THE MANAGER HAS EVERYTHING EXCEPT A HEART! I don’t know what kind of business certain people have with the visitor parking spaces, but I was unable to use any for years. When I moved in, they told me I had a storage unit, but when I signed the lease, the "super manager" said it was an additional $70 per month. It’s clean and in decent neighborhood. Solar panels don’t decrease bill my average was 250-350 a month through a company know as CONservice…. Management and maintenance changes but they are professional and respectful and generally just good people. Roaches and spiders are here but they are not horrible. Beautiful units but it is hard to enjoy because u can hear the people living above or below you pretty good. Walking and music and opening pantry’s or running there dryer or bath but not voices. Trying to talk to them about leasing an apartment for 4 straight days. Either the call does not connect or if it does the lady who picks up the call asks to either call back later or that she will call back, but she never does.
