We've been with The Cal Agents for about seven years for property management. Ram does a good job, but we've had some serious problems with the rest of the company. When we first started working with them, they were truly excellent. Unfortunately, as they've expanded, the quality of their service has declined noticeably. Cal Agents has been excellent. They’ve worked with our landlord to make sure our place is in great shape and that we’re happy. They did a very thorough inspection when they took over the property managing. In just a couple of weeks, the team including Ahyeza, Jade, Ramiro, and Allan have been there every step of the way to fix plumbing, CO2/smoke alarms, supply a fire extinguisher, clean gutters, and other various maintenance. They are very thorough and take their jobs very seriously. Thank you Cal Agents!
