I have been getting all my special occasion cakes from here for a few years now. The Cake Bar always does an amazing job with customization, communication, reasonable pricing, and of course the cake flavors! I have gotten a variety of flavors now and all of them have been perfect. The cake itself is always moist and flavorful and the frosting is delicious. when I offered to bring a cake, I was looking for a nearby bakery with the best reviews. I ordered the chantilly and it was a total success!! none of us are vegan but a few of us have strong opinions of what a good cake should taste like, and holy cow!!! everyone loved it- a light cake tempered with a perfectly weighted frosting (not too heavy, if you know what I mean) and NOBODY had any idea it was vegan. I felt like it was the healthiest and tastiest cake I have had in my life, will def be back!

Wow—really, really yummy vegan and gluten free cake for my four year old’s birthday! I was so grateful to find a bakery that could make a cool, big cake that would also cater to my baby’s egg allergy and some allergies amongst his friends.
